Medanta Noida redefines what a mid-size tertiary care hospital can achieve. At 500 beds, including 180 ICUs and 16 operating theatres, the hospital had to compress immense clinical programs into a 700,000 sq.ft. footprint without losing clarity.

LAB’s design response was to stack services vertically, reducing travel distances and improving operational speed. Patient, public, and sterile routes are carefully segregated, ensuring safety while preserving efficiency. Modular planning allows for future expansion without disrupting current care. Despite its efficiency, the hospital maintains a humane environment. Courtyards and daylit waiting zones punctuate the plan, reducing stress for patients and families. Rooms are oriented toward gardens, and materials are chosen for durability and calm. Medanta Noida is compact but complete: efficient, sensitive, and deeply attuned to healing.
