Three Villas — Tree House, Well House, Forest House · 4 bedrooms each · Private pool · Outdoor verandahs & decks
Coastal yet contemporary—three villas shaped by tree, well, and forest.
In the village of Assagaon, Casa Belo interprets coastal traditions for contemporary living. The project comprises three distinct villas, each a dialogue with its context. The Tree House preserves and celebrates a mature canopy, integrating it into its plan as a central element. The Well House aligns its spaces around a historic well, orienting life toward a contemplative anchor. The Forest House stretches outward to embrace woodland, with terraces and decks opening to long views.
While each villa is distinct, they share a vocabulary of coastal architecture—sloping tiled roofs, shaded verandahs, and materials like laterite, timber, and lime. These elements are interpreted with modern geometries and precision, balancing familiarity with invention. The four-bedroom plans integrate private pools and verandahs that extend life outdoors.
Casa Belo Assagaon exemplifies LAB’s ethos of sensitivity to place and narrative: each villa embodies its anchor—tree, well, or forest—transforming it into a central figure of modern living.
