This central walkway creates opportunities for chance encounters and shared life while giving each villa a private retreat.
Each three-bedroom home is planned around verandahs, shaded decks, and terraces, blurring inside and outside. The architecture balances compact efficiency with generosity of light and air. Whitewashed surfaces, tiled roofs, and timber accents reference coastal typologies without resorting to imitation—tradition is translated into a refined, contemporary language.
