PROJECT OVERVIEW

Heritage revived, creativity kindled; a sanctuary for collaboration, curation, and community in the heart of the city.

A heritage coworking floor reimagined, where iron columns, light-filled interiors, and curated design foster quiet focus and collective creativity.

Ministry of New transforms a heritage floor of Kitab Mahal into a contemporary coworking sanctuary. Flexible offices and shared desks are complemented by lounges, gallery-style rooms, and a café, creating a balance of solitude and connection.

The interiors preserve the structural honesty of iron columns and timber beams while layering curated furniture, crafted objects, and artworks. This mix of heritage and curation allows the space to feel both timeless and inventive; a place where creativity can thrive collectively.

Ministry of New proves that a coworking space can be more than desks and Wi-Fi: it can be a cultural institution in miniature. It restores a historic shell as a living community, where heritage and art kindle collaboration and new ideas.
