Spanning 60,000 sq ft at One BKC, Godrej, the Puma Energy office is conceived as a high-energy workplace that mirrors the speed, scale, and movement of global energy logistics. Designed to support a dynamic, fast-paced work culture, the office embraces bold colour, graphic expression, and spatial openness to create an environment that feels active, charged, and continuously in motion.

Large open desk floors form the backbone of the workplace, encouraging visibility, agility, and collaboration across teams. These are interspersed with a rich mix of meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and huddle clusters—each calibrated for different modes of discussion, from quick exchanges to focused conversations. Creative acoustic barriers define these clusters without enclosing them fully, allowing energy to circulate while maintaining acoustic comfort.

Colour is used assertively throughout the office. Vibrant hues, wall graphics, and large-scale graphic interventions reinforce the company’s identity and sense of momentum. Writable surfaces are integrated across the workspace—on walls, partitions, and meeting areas—encouraging impromptu collaboration, problem-solving, and idea mapping as part of everyday work.

The cafeteria draws direct inspiration from Mumbai’s transport infrastructure—its networks, rhythms, and constant movement. This narrative is embedded into flooring patterns, wall treatments, screens, and detailing, transforming the space into an informal social hub that reflects the city and the company’s core business of logistics and trading.

Arrival is marked by a sculptural reception space with an open ceiling animated by baffles arranged in intersecting directions. Sharp linear lighting cuts through the volume, emphasising movement and flow. A solid-surface reception desk, engraved with maps, anchors the space—subtly referencing global routes, trade corridors, and connectivity.

Together, architecture, graphics, and colour shape a workplace that is unapologetically energetic—an environment designed not just to accommodate work, but to amplify momentum, interaction, and the constant exchange that defines Puma Energy’s operations.
