PROJECT OVERVIEW

Designed for LSVP’s offices in Delhi and Bangalore, the workplace reimagines the idea of an office as a garden; an environment where work unfolds amidst greenery, light, and carefully crafted calm.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Nunc scelerisque ultrices consectetur. Maecenas turpis augue, pharetra sit amet odio luctus, iaculis iaculis lectus.

Rather than treating nature as an add-on, planting is embedded into the architecture itself. Circulation passageways integrate planters directly into wall systems, while bespoke planters surround each workstation. Mini planters line partitions, ensuring that greenery is present at every scale, from the collective to the individual.

The planning prioritises openness without anonymity. Each desk is grounded by its own carpet, subtly defining personal territory—creating the feeling of an office without walls. This allows focus and ownership within a fluid, collaborative layout. Open ceilings reinforce spatial continuity, while acoustic treatments and innovative fabric HVAC sock ducts ensure comfort without visual clutter. Exposed concrete, fluted timber, and glass framed with black metal trims form a restrained yet tactile material palette.

Meeting rooms are conceived as distinct atmospheres rather than uniform enclosures. Each room carries a different spatial and sensory tone, calibrated to the kind of conversation it hosts—from focused negotiations to relaxed discussions. Bespoke pigmented concrete conference tables anchor these rooms, complemented by custom rugs, curated artwork, and carefully tuned lighting. Several meeting spaces open directly onto outdoor terraces, extending work into fresh air through huddle zones, informal workspaces, and event areas.
